Food Network’s Unwrapped to feature Cooperstown Cookie Company 1/22

The popular Food Network program Unwrapped will feature the Cooperstown Cookie Company on January 22 at 9 pm EST.

Cooperstown Cookie Company offers custom tins of baseball cookies for every Major League Baseball team

Baseball cookies come packaged in your choice of MLB licensed tins, as well as the National Baseball Hall of Fame gift line.

The episode “Game Day Goodies,” is hosted by Marc Summers. Unwrapped provides a behind-the-scenes look into America’s favorite foods.  A crew from Unwrapped filmed the episode onsite last November. “It was a great experience,” says Cooperstown Cookie Company founder and CEO Pati Drumm Grady.

This is the second time Unwrapped has featured the Cooperstown Cookie Company. Grady said every time that episode, which first aired in May 2007, is shown, they get a jump in sales.

“There is something special about our baseball cookies that really resonates with people,” says Grady. “We’re a small company based in Cooperstown, the home of baseball, and our all-natural cookies are based on my family’s

favorite shortbread recipe.”  Grady says the company’s baseball cookies are popular as gifts, and as favors for baseball weddings and birthdays.

Cooperstown Cookie Company baseball cookies and baseball caps are available to purchase online at www.CooperstownCookie.com, by phone, 888/269-7315, and at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and select retailers nationwide. Several Major League Baseball teams also are customers, including the New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies, Seattle Mariners, Tampa Bay Rays, Milwaukee Brewers and St. Louis Cardinals.

Baseball Season is BACK!

So happy to welcome back baseball. This spring has been busy here at the Cooperstown Cookie Company.  Our new Camden Yards Stadium tin has been a big hit with Orioles fans. This tin joins the popular Wrigley Field, Fenway Park, Vintage Yankee Stadium and Cooperstown/Doubleday Field tins.  Through April 10, we’re running a special, filling the stadium tins with bite-sized Bunts, and a peanut butter filled chocolate cap. What a great way to start of the season.

Last week, I was on the Syracuse, NY based WCNY Connected, where I got to chat about how the company started, our great tasting baseball cookies and the new baseball season. You can watch the clip.

And, our friends at the Food Network re-aired the Unwrapped feature on the Cooperstown Cookie Company. Every time this episode airs, we make new baseball cookie fans. I love it!  Catch it on YouTube, or see it when it airs again on April 8 at 11:30 pm ET/PT and April 9 at 2:30 am ET/PT.
